NEA-logo-colorCarolyn Sanders is a CIO for the National Endowment for the Arts.  In this position her primary focus is to focus on the big “I” information and the little ‘t” technology in the delivery of efficient and effective information solutions to the Arts.  Previously she served as the Director of Information Technology at the Small Business Administration, and CIO for Regions and Center Operations at the Federal Aviation Administration.  Carolyn has more than thirty years of experience in the management of information technology.  Previous federal positions as a budget analyst, staff accountant, IT policy analyst, and enterprise architect were great stops along way in her goal to become a CIO and member of the Senior Executive Service.  She holds master degrees from the University of Maryland University College and Golden Gate University and holds several industry certifications in project management and information assurance.
