DAVID HARTDavid Hart has extensive experience dealing with the challenges and rewards of high performance leadership and teamwork. As a former U.S. Army Ranger and Pathfinder, he completed the most elite small unit leadership training in the world, spending three years in an actual Ranger Unit and an additional five years as an Army Pathfinder.

As a skydiver and co-founder of Team FasTrax Professional Skydiving (teamfastrax.com), David has accumulated thousands of parachute jumps and decades of skydiving experience, including high profile jumps into NASCAR races, Major League sports and even, symphony performances. He holds the highest ratings in his sport. Davis has made 100 skydives in 13 hours and has competed several times at the US Nationals. He has jumped from cargo airplanes, helicopters, hot air balloons and even off bridges.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, David combines this experience with a solid grounding in business, having accumulated more than 20 years of business experiences in sales, management and marketing, including seven years as founder and CEO of a national retail/amusement company. Having worked as an Army Ranger, forklift operator, competitive skydiver, sales manager to CEO, he has experienced high-performance teamwork and organizational dysfunction at all levels. David is passionate about effective leadership and high performance teamwork within organizations.

A national speaker, writer and corporate trainer, David has written articles for professional publications and been the subject of various articles and interviews. He is the author of the business book, JUMP! Leaps in Organizational Performance and Teamwork.
