Matthew Solomon is the senior fellow for cybersecurity strategy and policy in the Office of Critical Infrastructure Protection and Compliance Policy (OCIP) at the Department of the Treasury. Matthew leads OCIP’s efforts to engage with the private sector and government partners on cybersecurity issues, which includes managing the Treasury’s financial sector cybersecurity exercise program and sector-wide cybersecurity strategy development efforts.
Previously, he served as chief policy and strategy advisor at the Department of Homeland Security’s National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center. Matthew also served as chief of plans for the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team. He holds a BS from Miami University and an MPA from Carnegie Mellon University.
